We suggest feeding based on your pet's weight, age, activity level, and/or gestation (i.e. lactating or pregnant females).
For Puppies
We suggest dividing a full day's feeding amount into 3 meals per day until the puppy has reached adulthood and/or the final weight. Your puppy should eat three small meals a day. Do this until he’s about six months of age – then he can eat twice a day and eventually once a day.
Puppy body weight percentage is easier to determine if you have a purebred dog, but the amount you feed should be 2-3% of your puppy’s adult weight. If you’re not sure what that will be, feed about 10% of his current weight. Watch to see if he gets too fat or too thin and adjust accordingly.
Need more calories? Try adding treats like raw bones or any raw treat that has a higher fat content. We have several on our menu, common choices are dehydrated pig ears, dehydrated pig snout, and raw chicken necks.

It's easy to over feed and under feed your pet while feeding any diet, we recommend using your best judgement when issues arise (i.e. not interested in his meals, loose stools, etc). Keep in mind that the body percentage rule for a puppy / kitten or adult pet is a general estimation and you as the owner know your pet the best so you can always adjust your pets feeding amount based on your pets behavior and physical needs.
Storage Instructions
Upon receiving your order store the product in the freezer immediately until you're ready to use it. Thaw in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Once the meat is thawed, it will remain fresh up to 3 days in refrigerator. Do Not Cook.
Safe Handling
Please keep in mind that you are dealing with raw meat. As you would when preparing raw meat for your human family, take the precautions of washing your hands after touching, cleaning surfaces thoroughly. While animals have the digestive tracts to deal with contaminants such as salmonella and e-coli still take normal precautions while prepping your pets food in your home and remember to treat your dog and cat food as you would any other raw meat.
